BORACAY BEACH

Boracay Beach or better known as Boracay White Beach is just one of more than a dozen unique Boracay Beaches on Boracay Philippines Island.

Boracay Beach extends along much of Boracay Island's west coast, this famous stretch of white sand is the premier beauty and tourist attraction of Boracay. The white sand becomes more and more powdery as you stroll north along Boracay beach toward Diniwid Beach Boracay, a result of the mild offshore current.

Boracay Beach activity continues almost 24 hours a day in front of the many Boracay Resorts and and Boracay Hotels that line the sand walkway paralleling southern and central Boracay White Beach. Early risers will sometimes meet revelers stumbling home from their night out. During the day, Boracay Beach is the perfect spot for relaxing, sunbathing and enjoying sports of all kinds, especially Boracay water sports. Watching the Boracay sunset is a highlight of the "Boracay Experience." It is a favorite activity of residents and tourist alike, who will be found relaxing, enjoying last swim, and sipping drinks while watching the sunset and the action.

Boracay Island natives and tourist gather spontaneously an hour before sunset in many places to play volleyball and watch the children run about and have fun. Swallows fly acrobatically along Boracay Beach, chasing insects while the sun lights the sky and clouds with marvelous, changing colors. At deep twilight giant fruit bats with wingspans as much as a meter are often seen on the horizon and sometimes over Boracay White Beach, flying south on their nightly migration to feed on Panay Island. At night Boracay White Beach is a favorite place for the romantic.
